Head West along the M25. At junction 20, turn right along the A41 Northbound (Hemel Hempstead). After about two miles, turn left into the parking layby. The entrance to Phasels Wood is to turn left in the parking layby into the campsite. (Look for the signpost to Scout campsite Access via layby) Follow the track through the woods, turn left at the end into the car park

If you arriving late at night, you may need to come in through the back entrance:

Follow the M25 as before, but this time at junction 20, turn onto the A4251 Kings Langley Road. Follow this northbound for about one and a half miles; just before you go under the railway bridge turn left at the traffic lights up Rucklers Lane (Corner shop on the er.. corner). Follow Rucklers lane under the A41 main road, and keep a look out for the right hand turn into Phasels Wood shortly afterwards.
