We run one beaver colony for boys aged 6-8 on a Friday evening. Beavers is the section we do not currently have a permanent leader for, so they are being run by Ian, the Group Scout Leader, with help from Daniel.

Beavers live up to their motto of Fun and Friends, in both their weekly meetings and occasional outings - we recently spent a Saturday afternoon with all the other Beavers in Hatfield at activity world and had a great time! Underlying everything that we do with the beavers is the Beaver Promise. Each Beaver will say the promise when they are invested (or join) the group. We don't just have fun and go on outings and trips. Beavers is designed as an educational experience as well, and is designed to strengthen the young person both mentally, physically and spiritually.
